Our Story
Green Acres Healthcare Services LLC is a Georgia-based private duty home care agency, regulated by the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (HFRD). We built this agency around a simple belief: people recover, live, and thrive best in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by consistent, trustworthy care.
Every policy, training program, and client agreement we use is built to meet Georgia's regulatory standards — not as a formality, but because families deserve an agency that takes accountability seriously.
Leadership
Corneille Adanou — Owner & Designated Administrator
Corneille Adanou holds an MBA in Finance and Risk Management from Georgia State University and brings a background in enterprise risk management from the financial sector to the operation of Green Acres Healthcare Services. As Designated Administrator, Corneille oversees regulatory compliance, quality of care, and day-to-day operations of the agency.
Dr. Cindreka Marshall - Social Worker
Dr. Cindreka Marshall With over 20 years of dedicated experience, Dr. Cindreka D. Marshall is a seasoned social worker and educator, committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities. A proud native of Dublin, Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Albany State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Valdosta State University, laying the foundation for a career devoted to service. She went on to pursue her PhD at Clark Atlanta University, successfully defending her research, “A Comparative Analysis of Parole/Probation Officers’ and Former Inmates’ Attitudes Toward Recidivism,” demonstrating her unwavering dedication to understanding and improving social systems.
Jeniffa Tchintchibidja - Register Nurse
Jeniffa Tchintchibidja is a kind, caring, and compassionate Registered Nurse with a background in medical-surgical and oncology nursing. With over 15 years of healthcare experience beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she is dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Her commitment to compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence allows her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients.
